1Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

• Capacity: You are acting in your own personal capacity, are of sound mind and understand the nature and risk of the games and bets you participate in on kn333.

kn333 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including age verification and identity verification (KYC). Failure to provide satisfactory documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals.

3Account Registration and Security

To use the Service you must register a player account and provide accurate, complete and current information including your full name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number and a secure password. You agree to keep this information accurate and up to date at all times.

• You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Do not share your username or password with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must notify kn333 player support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation or your credentials have been compromised. kn333 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your credentials.
• kn333 may request supporting documents to verify account information at any time. Accounts with materially false information may be suspended or permanently closed and balances forfeited.
• Only one account per person is permitted. If kn333 identifies a single individual holding multiple accounts, all accounts may be immediately closed and all outstanding balances and bonuses forfeited without prior notice.

kn333 uses SSL encryption across all account and transaction pages. You remain responsible for securing the device and network you use to access kn333. We recommend using mobile data (4G) rather than unsecured public Wi-Fi when logging in or transacting.

4Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

kn333 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Bangladesh payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay mobile financial services, and where supported, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank and Sonali Bank transfers. • Colluding with other players, sharing account access, match-fixing, arbitrage betting or any coordinated activity designed to manipulate markets or circumvent platform terms.
• Depositing, wagering or withdrawing funds derived from criminal activity, fraud or money laundering. kn333 will report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities and cooperate fully with any resulting investigation.

8Account Suspension and Termination

kn333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where kn333 reasonably believes the player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where the account's continued operation poses a risk to kn333, other players or third parties.

On account closure, any balance is reviewed. Where closure results from a breach of these Terms or prohibited conduct, kn333 reserves the right to forfeit the full account balance including deposited principal and winnings. Where closure is at the player's own request (e.g. self-exclusion), any verified net balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the kn333 platform — including the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of kn333 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment only. You must not copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any kn333 content without express prior written consent.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kn333 and its directors, employees, agents and licensors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruption or technical errors in game outcomes. kn333's total aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately before the claim arose.

11Amendments to These Terms

kn333 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, kn333 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via the contact details on their account or via a notice on the kn333 platform. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and may request account closure.

12Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to kn333's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service should in the first instance be directed to kn333 player support via the email below for informal resolution. kn333 aims to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties will seek resolution through a mutually agreed process in good faith before pursuing any other remedy.
